How do I book a cleaning?
You can book easily through our online quote form, give us a call, or send us an email. We’ll ask a few questions about your space and schedule a time that works for you.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many clients provide us with a key or access code so they can go about their day. We’ll lock up when we’re done. If you prefer to be home, that’s fine too.
How long does a typical cleaning take?
A standard 1-bedroom home usually takes 2 to 3 hours. Larger homes take longer. The exact time depends on the size of your space and the level of cleaning needed.
Pricing & Payments
How much does a cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your home and the condition of the property. We recommend reaching out for a personalized estimate. Contact us today and we’ll provide a free quote based on your specific needs.
Do you offer recurring service discounts?
Yes, we do! We offer discounts for weekly and biweekly recurring cleanings. It’s our way of saying thank you for trusting us to keep your home fresh all year round.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle, credit cards, debit cards, and cash. We want to make paying as convenient as possible for you.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, never. What we quote is what you pay. We believe in transparent pricing with no surprises.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, we bring all professional cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your own products, just let us know.
Can I customize my cleaning plan?

Scheduling & Cancellations
How quickly can I get a cleaning scheduled?
We typically can schedule cleanings within a few days, sometimes even sooner. Contact us and we’ll find a time that works for you.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a $50 fee.
Can I change my regular cleaning day?
Yes, you can change your regular cleaning day with advance notice. Just let us know and we’ll adjust your schedule accordingly.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 24 hours of your completed cleaning and we’ll make it right.
